Looking for a good crankbait rod that throws those small plugs well and with accuracy. I've got a medium power moderate fast action glass cb Ike series rod but it really doesn't like anything lighter than 1/2 oz. Won't load well with those 1.0, 1.5 and even the Spro Little John's and the like. What rods do you recommend?
If you can't find em wind em.

I have a 7'0" medium TFO professional series that I throw lots of smaller crank baits on. Have it paired with an Abu Garcia Orra SX and I've never had any issues throwing smaller stuff.

I'd go look for one of the G. Loomis crankbait rods that are being discontinued. They will definitely handle lighter cranks. I know because I have 2 of them. I believe they're still on sale at Tackle Warehouse. Monster Fishing Tackle still has them too.
