This throws a curve, will make areas like Taylors even more crowded. Curious to see how many make the run West like McClelland has done in the past two elite events.

Good idea to boycott Louisiana. The basin was a nightmare last year in the open! The Sabine was also a cluster when they ruled a huge part of the Louisiana side off limits the day before the tournament.

No doubt the better areas are in Louisiana waters.

Yes, but there are plenty of areas and fish to be caught in Texas!

Great. Kill Taylor's and Hildebrand even more and what little water is on the neches. There is going to be so REALLY crowded areas.

Good. Louisiana has sketchy "private water" rules. Thursday open, Friday private and get a good 'ol boy to turn anglers in.

Those Louisiana private water rules are something else. No way to determine where the private water starts or ends unless they have a sign up, which few do.

As a Louisiana Native, I am happy to see B.A.S.S. take this stance.

Really frustrating to go back home and see so much "water" posted.

For a state that calls itself the Sportsman's Paradise it sure caters to the rich landowners and corporations and craps on its sportsmen.

I'm with Sprigs on this one. Ridiculous property issues over there.

I think the state line splits the river. Does that mean they can't fish the east bank of the main river?

Yeah, that chit that a certain angler's "friends" pulled on Kernan during the last Elite event there was a load of carp.

They should be fine fishing the main channel on the LA side. Texas License covers you as long as you don't go East of the main channel.
