I will be purchasing these for my boat. I can't justify spending that much. I had. A PP on my last boat and didn't use it enough to spend that kind of money but there are occasions I need something. They make a part that attaches to the outboard and looks like like a PP.

What's more functional? Power poles are useless in water deeper than 9 foot. And yes I drove halfway across Tawakoni with my Talons down before I noticed. Raised them while still on plane no problem.

Get an Ultrex and forget the poles. They make a bunch of noise and never seem to work well as folks think.
