Anyone know how to tell the worth of a 300-400? Hoping to learn about these cranks, outside of them being balsa

It truly depends on where they were made. Mexico, not so much, but if you have some of teh GOOD ONES made in the USA, before they moved, they can be pretty valuable. If you have the original packaging, the GOOD ones were packaged in a fish shape. The rectangular ones in Mexico, or so the rumor goes. If you catch a LOT of fish on one, it might be lucky or one of the good ones. Don't know. And as mentioned above, they are made of cedar. Hope this helps. Check on Ebay to find the value of some, but I am betting they would be the ones in the rectangular box. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

I had a bunch of them at one time. I had quite a few new still in the box but not sure what happened to them. I've moved so many times no telling what happened to them.

Thanks, Billy
