They are surfacing south of the islands early and late. The rest of the day they are flying around at 100 mph.

Johnny, in all my years of fishing EM I have never seen them flying there . Did you observe this with your binoculars? Were they after the lake bugs or grasshoppers? Do you have a preferred method for catching them in the air? Maybe a 410? It would be awesome if you could get a pic of those soaring rascals. In any case, thanks for the mental picture. We need it when the going gets slow.

Hey Dennis when they are flying around at 100 mph they are going so fast you can't get a picture of them.
