With some learning curve. Had a couple minor malfunctions, didn't fish much but enjoyed the water with my wife out on Ray Bob. Very glad to be a boat owner!

Congratulations. I wouldn't tow the boat with your Lowrance covers on. If you want to keep them, that is. They blow off quite easily.

Good looking rig Toad, if you can't catch'em outta that rig you can't catch'em. After you catch your breathe consider buying a Navionics card for the Lowrance. Ebay is a good place to look and the best is the Hot Maps Platinum South. Have fun.

Nice looking Nitro... thumb

Seeing you parked at the liquor store, I was afraid you were going to tell us the engine blew on your first outing.

Already have one in the console! I didn't mess around on the bow graph too much but will the navionics card relay to the bow graph with ethernet?

Congratulations!! Good looking rig. Your lake mishaps may slow down if you stay away from that store on the way to the lake.

There is a way to make that work that I'm not familiar with. I never found the need for one on the bow but I'm sure some will disagree with that. I just use my bow graph to stay on point. You're pretty much rigged out with the exception of power poles and those are a convenience not a necessity. I use my chip with the boat still in the garage to help me find launch ramps and starting spots on unfamiliar lakes for my next trip and has save a lot of time. Fun is just starting.

Yeah that and tackle. All part of the fun Ken. I'm sure we'd both be wealthy if we had all the money we've spent on fishing but look at all the fun we've had. We're both still having fun too aren't we. I was just out in the garage getting the boat ready for a trip and was looking at all the [censored], I mean lures, in my Plano boxes and that doesn't include all the loose packages. It's an addiction. I'm convinced there is nothing we won't do or money we won't spend to catch fish, lol.

That will be difficult to do considering my wife has informed me that I am no longer allowed to say no to anything! grin
Well worth it though!
