My 250 XS keeps trashing tracker valves, no idea why. Anybody experienced anything like this?

We haven't seen a lot of reoccurrences on these tracker valves. If you are buying your fuel at one station I would suggest changing stations.

I have seen a few I had one that was dumping massive amounts of fuel in the air side replaced the first one and within 2 weeks it was back again doing the same thing. Replaced it again and never seen it again. Check the fuel like Tommy said and also could be the fuel rail could be machined wrong causing the valve not to seat or fit right. If it is still under warranty have your tech get hold of Mercury and tell them it is eating tracker valves.....OPTI
