I spent a couple weeks in Rockport while working the hurricane. I saw a HUGE tarpon on 2 occasions jump out of the water shallow in Capano Bay. Lot of bait up next to where he jumped. I freaked out didnt expect to see that. Also saw tons of Jack Cravel, gar, and other species washed up on shore line. I think Harvey pushed some uncommon species into the bays.
