How will This weekend's north wind affect the surf On the upper coast?...is it possible there will be "the trout green water" I read is so precious and desirable?.

The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

The north wind will definitely lay it down. I think the "trout green" water is more driven by the tides, which I'm not sure is all that strong this weekend. Definitely would give it a shot if the conditions are decent.
