I like the ones RSR Lures sells. They have a flat head on them already so they seat well on the back of a jig head. Its a small detail but works well for me. http://www.rsrlures.com/luresThe slammin' shad is what I'm talking about. If I use the swim shad i usually bite part of the head off to make it square like the slammin' shad. does that make sense? Sounds weird now that i have read it.

I have several thousand here in our shop at Weatherford. I also have white and a two-tone glow. They are the 4" version.
