I have a 06 21i with 300hpdi with manual jackplate. Looking at getting talon sandwich mounts ( trading for). Any of you guys have any personal experience mounting sandwich brackets with manual jackplate? Thanks

Why do you want the sandwich instead of the one that mount right on the outside of the jackplate?

I wouldnt call it what i want. I just have a guy that wants to trade a sandwich for some item that i have. So looking for those that are personally experienced in the matter. Not what they have read or heard about ( i can read the internet forums). Thanks

I personally wouldn't mount a free sandwich mount on my boat. I'd save my money and get the proper mount that can be installed in a couple minutes without pulling the engine and jackplate. But I'm sure you've already read that on the internet.
I hate photobucket.
