Does anyone have experience with there warranty? I had a GTS bass 7' 3" snap at the second eye while casting a 3/8 swimbait? I always have my rods in a rod sox when not in use and it's only 3 months old not sure why it broke

Sent one in two months ago. 60 shipped and replaced. Will need to send a cut out with the model to them.

I worked at Bass Pro and have talked to many very loyal TFO customers. For the most part, they were very pleased with TFO's warranty system. Some "small cash", the rod in a tube, and time for a new rod. One guy said he walked through the front door since they are here in Texas.

My issue with a broken rod with TFO was perfect no cost to me, 1-2 day replacement delivered to work by rep, best service you could ask for, even given some free goodies to boot. TFO is about all I fish now.
