Me and a buddy want to bring the kayaks to wheeler Sunday and have never been. I can't find any kind of a lake map or report on it. Does anyone here fish there? Or have any suggestions on where to start?
Any info is apreciatex

Wheeler Branch is pretty well mapped on the on the Insight Genesis social map. This time of year, a lot of bass are caught within 200 yards of the small island toward the dam in deep water on drop shotted worms. Use light line in that super clear water. You might find more relevant info on the kayak forum. Unless you trailer your yak, it should cost you $8.00 to launch. No night fishing is allowed.
