Shade is nice and actually required this time of year, but the wind at Possum Kingdom might flip the boat. Wind was so strong last week my 24 volt 80 lb thrust terrova could not hold my little aluminum boat in spotlock. That top would act like a sail even if it didn't flip me over.

It's times like this that make me love my pontoon boat. I put up both bimini tops today and had all 22' of the boat covered in shade! There was a pretty decent breeze today which helped a lot.
