Probably the biggest pumpkinseed sunfish I've ever caught. I was up in Michigan doing some bluegill, bass and perch fishing and snagged what I thought was a pretty decent bass. It hit a little plastic worm called a "worm rival spin". Those things were pretty deadly and caught just about everything that swam in the lake. This one was in about 5 feet of clear water; measured just under 10".

Beautiful fish. Congratulations on the PB! Side Note: What was the outdoor temperature where you were fishing?

Beautiful fish. Congratulations on the PB! Side Note: What was the outdoor temperature where you were fishing? Didn't see this question until just now, banker. The highs were in the low to mid 80s for most of the week and a half I was there. That was late morning, probably about 80 degrees.

That beats the 100 plus here in South Central Texas!

Sweet! Wish I could have caught some while we were in WI. If you didn't catch any fish while in Wisconsin it's because you didn't go fishing!

I only ended up going out once, and only caught a few nursery size Smallies and more than a few bluegill. In-laws kept saying we were going and camping and all these plans... If I hadn't taken the initiative myself with my oldest two, I would've been mad at the world.
