I love panfishing with my spinning gear, too; but, this video and others are influencing me to move a bit faster toward getting a flyrod. It just looks like it'd be a blast to me and complement the sort of fishing I like best.

I've done some fly fishing in the past with other people's gear. Time to get serious about adding this to my arsenal.

When I really started getting serious about it, I thought "yea, I'll fish with a fly rod, occasionally, but I'm not getting into all that arsenal of rods, tying flies... All that business". Now I tie all my flies, only fish with flies I tie, own fourteen fly rods and pretty much fly fish only anymore. It's addictive.
