I always enjoy the construction job openings that want a resume, really?
since the 70's commercial const. has been a job by job hire on process for gen. contractors. listing all of ones work could easily take 7-8 pages for anyone that has done it 10 yrs or more.
pointless step in the process and proves nothing, you can tell more about a hand by looking at their tools and hands than what is printed on paper.
the other is const. super. degree required, don't have to have a days worth of experience to take over a multi million $ job as long as you have a pc of paper that says you graduated.
