What's your favorite color for a yellow magic?
Academy sells them in a magnum? Any good?

Bone is my favorite. I also like the 3/8oz size, which they no longer make for some reason. Just prefer a little bigger size than 1/4oz. Never had much luck with the larger sized poppers, but some like them fine.
I have been using the Don Iovino's Splash-It because they have the 3/8oz. Super substitute IMO.

I like the 3/8s as well, I have over 20 of them I have bought off of ebay and Japan for an average of about $20 or so per bait. BEST big fish bait I could find for topwater. When I stripped some of the premium topwater baits, I discovered that the YM, Don Iovino Splash IT and the RIco Pop were all identical, at least on the 1/4 oz. size. I like to be different and throw the alewife color or even a baby bass color. Never had much luck on the 1/2 oz. size, neither, but watch out for the 3/8s oz. size. Hope this helps. Go black and you will never go back, I still have several of the bone colored ones, but I started fishing the black one two years ago and I just keep going black.
If you haven't tried the Jackall Binsky you need to, there are times when you need to call em up and this does the job.

Just buy white....if it doesn't work, color the bottom of it with markers.
