Fished points with grass throwing traps caught 20 plus fish up to 4lbs on traps. Fished the rocks with shakey heads caught another 10. Bleeding shiner rattle trap and a sexy shad red eye lipless bait. Green pumpkin red zoom trick worms. Caught a few more on points, but could not get that going. Lost at least a dozen fish. Off the lake at 11:30 am

Last time I was there I couldn't find any deep fish grouped up.
Found most of my fish in 8 to 10 feet. Seems a little weird for this time of year to me.
I expected to catch them deep, but couldn't make that work.

I'ts been that way when the water turns green. Last 3 summers I have been able to have 25+ fish all shallow.
