I've been ordering a few Spices to make a few Rubs. Every now and then I run into a Recipe that contains Ginger. Do you use ginger in any of your rubs. Like I said, I got the powdered stuff.I hope that's OK.

No, my rub is mostly SPG. I'll kick it with a tiny bit of cumin.
I'll modify it for the task at hand.

Ginger in a rub for pork. I wouldn't use it for beef.
