I want to buy a new rod to throw mainly Spooks and Skitterwalks for trout and reds. What is your preferred length, power and action for the most effective presentation walking the dog? Thanks for your opinions.

6'6" to 6'9", medium power, fast action. My topwater rod is the Waterloo Slam Mag. If you're throwing Spook Jrs you can through a medium/light power, but shorter and faster actions are what I prefer.
