 Best options for two graphs on the console

I am looking at a Ranger bass boat that has two Elite 7 chirp DI model graphs on it.
So I am thinking best to sell them, since I like Humminbird much better.
I would like to put two 7 inch graphs on the console.
Run GPS/Maps and Side Imaging on one, and 2d sonar and down scan on the other graph.
What are my best options ?
Best cost effective plan ??
Two Helix 7 gen 2s ??
