I saw them on Bassmaster. What are they? The PP "charge" and the other deal that looks like a graph?

Looks like an on board battery management system. Charges while on the water, will pull amps from trolling motor battery to jump your cranking battery, etc...

I don't think it charges while on the water but when the big motor is running it will spread the charge to all batteries.

You're an Aggie and don't know the answer? You alternator maintains the charge on your cranking battery. Any left over amperage is spread to your TM batteries but it's never enough to maintain the charge on them.

Power-Pole CHARGE Marine Power Station

It only takes your batteries failing one time to get stranded out on the water. With the innovative CHARGE Power Management Station on-board, you can leave the dock with the peace of mind knowing youll be back. CHARGE is the worlds first bi-directional marine battery charging and power management station which means it doesnt just put power into your battery, it moves power around from cranking battery to auxiliary batteries to keep them all balanced and charged. With Power-Pole CHARGE you can run your trolling motor and your accessories without worrying about your battery levels. Its our newest way to POWER YOU

I wonder if it's better than Stay-N-Charge or the one MinnKota makes?

Looks more similar to the Minn Kota DC Alternator Charger. Although this will do 4 batteries.

I like the idea that you can look on your phone (or the vison tablet) and see where your battery levels are
