T - cut and gut the inside of the pepper
Soak the peppers in cold water for 15 minutes.
Fill the 1/2 of the pepper with cream cheese and the other half with beef brisket. Wrap in bacon and secure with a tooth pick.
Cook on the top rack on the grill for 20 minutes or alternatively oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Cheddar cheese can be substituted for cream cheese for variety
