So I know this is a really strange topic but I think it's interesting. Has anybody every hear of or fished with 2 plastics on the same line? Now I'm not trying to be funny here. We're always looking for new techniques.

So what if you rigged a line with a Trig and a drop shot on the same line. Then you could have 2 plastics going at the same time. One on the bottom and the other a foot or 2 above the bottom.

What's everyone thought on this? Could it work?...Probably. Would be be efficient?....I have not clue.

Try it with a shakyhead/dropshot combo.

Drop shot to shaky head or jig on bottom works
Use a 1/0 or a 2/0 offset worm hook for the drop shot hook
Set the hook like you would for whatever you have on the bottom

That could be a good setup. I was wondering if a weight would be needed. I was thinking probably not with the extra worm.

I am going to trying this over this weekend.

Plus one on the shakeup head drop shot combo can smash them on it st squaw creek
Also have seen a Carolina rig rig with a 3 way swivel and have 2 different length leaders work as well

I've used the shaky / drop for a couple of years, especially in open water or around bridge columns. I also use a Jig/ Drop setup on heavier line.

Daisy chain a few different colors on a c rig. (Crazy rig). It'll help you figure what color they want.

Or.....remove the little swim baits from an a rig and add a few different things and dredge bottom with it. Kinda like a fishemans version of a baby crib mobile. Haha

If I were gonna try this, I'd personally only do it on a pretty clear bottom, preferably sand or gravel...otherwise I KNOW I'd get hung up a ton/drag in every stick and blade of grass in the lake. In that situation though I think it sounds pretty intriguing...
