Looking for a good 7' MH Fast tip casting rod. and seen some good reviews on the ST. Croix Avid X series. Can you guys give me some reviews. Anybody have any problem with them.
My dad runs Falcon Low rider and loves them. just looking outside the box. thanks!

I have used the Avid St. Croix rods for over 25 years and NONE of them have given me a problem. BUILT in America and VERY good rods, for my .02. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

I'll give you my opinion on that rod next week. It's coming to me from St Croix right now.
I had a Mojo Bass that I stepped on and sent back. I ended up upgrading to the 7' MH fast Avid X. Should be here Friday, I hope!
The Mojo Bass was a 7' med fast, and it really didn't have enough backbone for what I wanted. I'm really hoping the Avid X will be what I'm looking for.
