I had Justin and Jacob out this morning on Lewisville to chase some blue cats early before the holiday crowd hit. The weather was really nice and the fishing wasn't too bad either. We drifted for blues using cut fresh shad on ledges from 18-34ft deep. The white bass came up all around us and they threw 18 keeper white bass in the cooler in about 15 minutes and threw back twice that many. We went back to drifting again and ended up with 31 cats and 18 sandies in the cooler. Biggest blue today was 26" and we had a couple around the same size. www.ntxfishing.net to book a trip.
