Needing a little help. I will be fishing Cedar Creek lake this next weekend for blue catfish. My questions is, what dept would be best and what part of the lake. Many thanks in advance.

Last time I got out there I beileve we went to a spot called kings creek . And It was very shallow . Shad and cut carp were the weapons of choice . But that lake is very fruitful not hard to figure it out . Get out there and get em !

I like the south end. Flats by the dam and coves on the south end on the west side. Less than 20 feet is best.

I have been catching smaller fish with an occasional 5 to 8 pounder. I have no trouble catching descent fish except during the summer months. I think the aliens abduct them for the summer.
