Anyone still use or make these? I liked the concept and had 2 but they were not durable. I wish I could get one well made.

I have one that an old friend Tom Dozier gave me. 7'0" MH. Havent used it a whole lot but it seems to be a well made rod.

I've got one that an old friend gave me. I like it but I'm not sure yet if it gets me more bites. I sure do jump when I hit the button by accident though lol

The guy that southwest parts use or used to use to replace rod spline eyes makes them. I think he is having Cajun rods to make 'em now, but not sure. I know he lives in Richardson.

Boris marine in lake worth carries them. Saw some on the shelf yesterday. The first ones didn't last very well. The guy redesigned or maybe bought better quality components. Price and warranty is different now.

Yes, great concept but the rod blanks were absolute JUNK. Broke 2 on hook sets. Thankfully I didn't have to pay for them.
