Looking to go fishing on 4th with a buddy. Where are some good spots to fish on these lakes, and techniques to use to catch anything. Have had a string of not catching a thing lately and want to turn that around.

Should be plenty of perch in the shallows. Just use a worm under a bobber.

What species are you targeting? I would prefer to go for Catfish or bass.
