Has anyone tried StarTron enzyme fuel treatment? Do you recommend it?

Should be fine, use as directed.

Personally I like nothing in it if I'm going to use it shortly with an occasional shot of seafoam. If its going to sit a bit I put stabil in it.

All the fuel treatments do is help preserve fuel, if their is a problem with the fuel when you pump it its not going to solve the problem.

This is true. If it's already bad you cannot fix it with anything but a match.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

I have used StarTron for years after it was recommended by my local mower shop. I was told adding it to my fuel/oil mixture gas can, it would preserve the gaskets and primer bulbs on my 2 cycle trimmer and edger. The Ethanol was the issue with the bulbs. Every year or two I was changing the primer bulbs due to cracking. After using StarTron, no more primer bulb issues.

Most additives are hard to measure for true results, but this was pretty easy on the trimmer. I add it to my boat's fuel tank but don't know if there is any real benefit because my motor is a 2013 year model and is supposed to be compatible with Ethanol in the fuel.

Gas goes into tank so does Seafoam. My prop exhaust as well as long as my boat may set up proves my confidence. I'm sure other brand do something similar but from experience I've had this is the way I roll. I recommend using whatever you have confidence in but use something is better than nothing. JMO
