I think this a pretty common thing in most big mergers. I know my company went through the same thing when we were merged.

It's always a squabble when stockholders get involved but in the end $$$$$$$ always prevail and Johnny Morris aka BPS has the means and backing to make this work. In the end I think the consumer, you and I, will be beneficiary's of this combo with better pricing and better products.

We have monopoly laws in this country, the only problem is they are supposed to be enforced by CONGRESS.
