Frogs and braid. I also have a fluke rig tied on (braid) to follow up any missed strikes. I have also fished plastic frogs (Stanley Ribbet and Zooms Horny Toad) in them with braid as well. Around the edges, I normally throw a yellow mgaic and get lots of bites that way, too. HOpe this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Punch the [censored] outta those pads. Or work a weedless swimbait along the edges or where it's not as dense. Just have beefier braid.

10" Power Worm snaked across the top, dropping into holes along the way and dangling off the edge of pads. Work it sloooowwwly.
