Went to Guntersville on Saturday. 11 gates and 2 turbines were spilling 500,000 gallons per second. Tough to drift in that current. By noon, all 11 gates were closed (amazing sight to see how it is done) and the turbines were dialed back to 25k per second. The catfish turned on and we wound up with 10 keepers. Problem was finding the catfish before the perch ate all the bait (nightcrawlers). I've got one bag of skipjack left that I'm saving for when my brother visits.
