Self Propelled No brainer

Not everyone here lives by your means.......

If you have St. Augustine grass, you won't push a mower but once or twice before going to a self propelled model.

I pay $30 biweekly for mine. Thought about buying the stuff and do it myself but for $30 ima stay inside!

I prefer self-propelled.
My wife has never mowed a yard in her life. I let her push the mower a about 10 ft and it made her appreciate what I do to keep the yard looking decent. I didn't tell her that it was self-propelled and she pushed it without engaging that.

Got fed up with all the equipment and room it took to store it , keeping everything running became a job in itself plus keeping fuel on hand . This year have a crew doing everything , have more time to drink cold beer .

If you want to know what's going to last look at what the people with lawn mowing companies use. I've got a Honda self propelled and it's been outstanding. Starts on the first pull every time.

I like the cheapest mower with the biggest engine. Big back wheels help. I figure propulsion just eats up power.
