No way I could get anyone to mow and trim my yard for $25 Average size yard in Frisco is $25, I have seen some business cards advertising for $20 per yard. I would say only about 1 out of 10 people mow their lawn up here. Not everyone here lives by your means....... You the one traveling all over the country to attend college football games.........

If you have St. Augustine grass, you won't push a mower but once or twice before going to a self propelled model. Cause of how thick the grass is?

I prefer self-propelled. My wife has never mowed a yard in her life. I let her push the mower a about 10 ft and it made her appreciate what I do to keep the yard looking decent. I didn't tell her that it was self-propelled and she pushed it without engaging that. LOL that is hilarious

Got fed up with all the equipment and room it took to store it , keeping everything running became a job in itself plus keeping fuel on hand . This year have a crew doing everything , have more time to drink cold beer .

If you want to know what's going to last look at what the people with lawn mowing companies use. I've got a Honda self propelled and it's been outstanding. Starts on the first pull every time. Excellent advice here

Here is south Irvin we prefer random packs of roaming goats. They are full service lawn care grass, shrubs and fertilizer plus Cabrito.

I like the cheapest mower with the biggest engine. Big back wheels help. I figure propulsion just eats up power. + 1

Self propelled, don't bag and blow your clippings into the street.
