Loved my Helix 7 Chirp DI/ GPS until it decided to take a dive into PK. I fully plan on replacing it with the exact same unit. Screen is crystal clear and it does all I need/want it to.

I've seen the Helix 7 Chirp SI GPS for $700 at a couple of different places in the last week, one of them being the Bass Pro in San Antonio.
FWIW, I have the non-Chirp Helix 7 and my experience has been that the DI and Sonar views look better with the transducer slanted more front to back (where the back edge is lower than the front edge) than what is recommended.
