From the responses you see the most, Joe Pool seems to be about as good as any. I live north so I fish Lavon primarily, as well as Hubbard and Lewisville. I think bluegills stop growing at 5" in those lakes I've never caught a bluegill down here on a minnow, and worms seem to produce catfish and small bass. Fly fishing I can catch a ton, but only fun to catch size no eaters. Good luck!

Same story in creeks for me, have fished creeks off Hubbard, Lavon, Lewisville, Grapevine, there are so many 3" sunfish it's nuts.
There are no fish in sonic pond EDIT: Except 1 20lb catfish
