I have fought spending this kind of money on sunglasses for too many years. Went to have my annual eye exam and noticed that they carried Costa. Tried on a few pairs and settle on the Tuna Alley w/green-copper glass lens. They had to order them and the guy said that could possibly be here before the weekend. I got a better than expected price too considering what I have found on the internet on this model. Hope that they really as good as I hear for fishing.

Nice! I know a lot of guys moved on from Costa to Maui Jim once Costa fell under the Luxottica label. I'll continue my support as long as Costa provides the Military discount.
Looking forward to the day I can afford a pair of prescription Costas!

Nice! I know a lot of guys moved on from Costa to Maui Jim once Costa fell under the Luxottica label. This was a big step up for me, so I am sure I will be thrilled. I am still in a smaller boat than a lot of folks, but it is a way better fishing platform than I am a fisherman. Looking forward to the day I can afford a pair of prescription Costas! Amen to that!!!!

Nice! I know a lot of guys moved on from Costa to Maui Jim once Costa fell under the Luxottica label. Are you sure about that? Oakley is Luxottica. I don't think Costa is.
The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

Looking forward to the day I can afford a pair of prescription Costas! Costa is not a Luxottica brand. http://www.luxottica.com/en/eyewear-brands

Looking forward to the day I can afford a pair of prescription Costas! You can always use these (see link below) depending on your eye rx. I also thought 7-800 for some rx sunglasses were kinda high. I use these on my Maui's as i just needed the focal for tying lures etc and fit fine at the inner bottoms and not even noticeable. They work great and don't effect the glass lens i have on my Maui's. I dont know how they effect a plastic lens. I'm assuming they would be ok for those as well. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hydrotac-Stic...13=&veh=sem

a monopoly/racket if you ask me. Most eyeglasses are made by them or owned by them. Oh and the eye insurance you pay for is prob owned and run by them as well.
