I have never seen any mention of prize money awarded for the winners. When watching Saturday, I heard Faircloth say "That just cost me a lot of money" after losing a fish. Anybody have any idea of the payouts?

They split the profits from what revenue the show generates. They buy into each series then split the revenue at the end.
