Never saw a report so I figured I would throw my own out there for what little bit I have!! June 3rd lake Lewisville above the 720 bridge I think it was at little elm park! We left the house at 430 in order to get there and get on the water a little early to graph some prior to the 8am line drop! Not knowing much about the area we just idled to some timber north of the bridge and found a few trees we liked before 8 and had the kids ready to go by then! Clays daughter Caught 4 of her 5 keepers and 3 good ones off one of the first trees we fished! Bubba caught several fish but struggled to catch a keeper for a while. Had to work to keep him in the game but he eventually put 3 keepers in the boat and one was a nice crappie hat weighted in at 1.67! He took 3rd in 10 and under with 3 fish and Cinday had 2nd in 11-17 with her 5 fish! CAT did another amazing job and to see the smiles on the kiddos faces at weight in was awesome!! Think big fish was a 2.03? It was raining so I never took any pics but had a couple sent to me!! Little man was bummed it wasn't on Cedar Creek at first but after he got his 3rd place trophy and $100 toys r us gift card (which is mostly spent by the way and not a single Nerf gun was purchased. I woulda lost money there!) he said Lewisville is an alright lake!! If you were there Thanks! And if you weren't get out there next year with them Kiddos!!
