Have 6 Abu combos I am looking to re-spool mainly for catfish would use for live or cut bait soaking at the coast when I go. Line color matter? If so, how long of a fluoro leader should I use?

Not really. I've seen fish eat with about all the colors and tied directly to the lure. Use what ever you want and use a leader of some sort ... I use Fluoro in heavy oyster areas or rocks and I use mono on the grass flats. The leader is going to help you not get your rigs twisted up. If you go straight braid then carolina rigs with or without bubble floats will become twisted or flip together into a mess.
