Has anyone put a transducer on the inside of a 2005 Lowe 1440 aluminum jon boat, from what I can find you can do it just make sure there are no air bubbles. Cant put it on back will just get torn off, by dragging bars and sliding down the bank.

Will not work. Only way I have heard of is "Vexilar Alumducers" advertised by Cabelas? It claims to make transducers work through aluminum hulls.

What Gary said, Vexilar is the only one that works through iron.
