I'd take a "proposing" Skeeter any day over what I have.
My boat porpoises because I have an underpowered, over weight Nitro with a 100pound trolling motor hanging off the front. But, when I get to the spot, it's all good. What happened to that beautiful Skeeter you had. I saw a picture of it. It's a open ended loaner. My personal boat is an old Nitro. I'll be fishing the FX tomorrow. ....and that boat doesn't bounce at all. Floor it, and trim to the desired speed...very easy to run.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

 Caught this little chunk Saturday. 3lbs 12oz -- 16 1/2in definitely a heartbreaker. Shortly after this we had some guy pull up exactly where we were casting, 30 yards from our boat, trying to throw out a brush pile he was yelling something about this is a big lake I aint bothering yall.

Sure. Don't you recognize the tree with the "Y' in the background of the second photo? It's a ways across from the bank line in the first photo. Hint, bank is on southeast side of a major creek.

But seriously no one is gonna say anything about the pontoon? Is this a regular thing on Fork???? Not during a gigantic bass tournament during daylight hours in prime season. However, I'd welcome more of that in the future
