Well got kicked out, been fishing it at least 6 times and no one ever said anything, until today.

Got to watch for those signs. I fish a lot of private areas but have got land owners permission to fish anytime I want. I also have permission to fish a couple of HOA ponds. Got to net work to keep having nice places to fish. There are also plenty of public places to fish. You will find them I am sure. As always love your videos and keep them coming.  Side Note: Simple Rule. Always get permission to fish a location if it is not public!

Totally agree with BAF. Pay attention to signs and if the property is not public get permission. Always enjoy your videos. You do have a love for fishing and the outdoors. I to have lost a couple of spots due to different owners taking over. I had one pond that is loaded with nice bass and Bluegill. Fished it for three solid years. New HOA president gets voted in and the first thing he does is make two ponds totally private. Got to respect it. Like you said in your video. "It is what it is"! Keep your videos coming and find some more places to fish.
