I used to fish it quite a bit but that was many years ago. Used to catch some pretty good bass mainly on a spinnerbait and flipping soft plastics. There is a boat ramp on the Love Field airport side of the lake and I used to fish mostly on the western end from there along some rock rip rap area's. Used to see a lot of fish up in the creek area's on the other end during early spring spawning time.

Moving baits (small spinner baits, rattle traps, crankbaits) on points and transitional (grass to rocky/riprap bank) areas.
Since they dredged the lake a few years back, there isn't much cover in the water.
The entire lake is silted in, so keep your plastics off the bottom if using soft plastics.
The bass chase shad and crappie using points and transitional areas for cover.
The upper creek is extremely clear--light line and naturally colored finesse baits in the upper creek.
