I have been wanting to try these shoes but I'm worried that they will sweat like crocs do. Is that not the case? [/quot I have two pair and have to wear socks with them. Little hot and clammy for me. Comfy shoes but I prefer PFG from Columbia

I ended up going with Sims. very happy with them so far. I had a pair of Olukai's but the EVA foam ended up hurting my feat for some reason.

No socks with pfg. It is a very well ventilated boat shoe. Can't do flip flops. Don't like stuff between my toes. For a sandal type shoe I would go with Teva. The nicer ones have good support.

Tevas are good but the most comfortable ones I found were a set of Columbias that lasted three years. Would have lasted longer but I stepped off the boat and the right one broke when it got stuck in the mud. Bought Tevas and they are fairly comfortable.
