I'm thinking it's about time for them to get on the evening surface schooling pattern.
I remember when I used to live out there, I could set my watch by what time they showed up down in front of my house. The whole cove would be boiling for 20 minutes starting at exactly 5:30 everyday for about a month. Lil Cleo silver spoon and catch every cast off the bank.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

Guess I'll hit it tomorrow evening and see if they are ready.

Well, didn't get skunked this time but it's wasn't very good. Lake fleas and wake board boats all over the lake. Probably the most I have ever seen. The lake was torn up from one end to the other from these. Thought I would get run over more than once. Lot of idiots out there.
The only surface schooling fish I found were 200 yds north of the bubbler and they would hit anything I threw at them. Murrel park points in near 40 fow was the only bite. All dinks.

Oh, water temp 88.6

It hasn't been this way in a long time.

Did anybody get out this weekend? I was finally in town with nothing to do this weekend and I still didn't get out on the water. Hopefully I can get out after work sometime this week

I'll be there Thursday after work as well. I'll be in a red nitro z7. I hope they are ready to eat.

Gonna be kinda rough out there Thursday with 20-25mph south wind. Tomorrow 15-20 mph

My little bass tracker doesn't like the wind. I guess I'll try tomorrow. If you see a red bass tracker give me a wave (and some pointers haha)

Wind finder reads 10 to 13 mph this evening. Should be ok. The wake board boats are the real challenge.
Will be at Murrel humps and Meadomere tonight unless they show themselves elsewhere on top.
