Experienced opinions please!
Looking at 2 Nitro z7's
One is a 2009 with unbelievably low hours, garage kept, MINT condition. Had to replace the shaft due to hitting a log. Also replaced the gas tank and censor.
The other is a 2011 with a 2015 Mercury under warranty for another few years due to blowing the old motor. Also garage kept and in otherwise good shape.
The latter is more expensive by 3k-4k.
Looking for some pointers or perspective. Anything that will help. Please note that this is also my first boat. For what it's worth.
If you can't find em wind em.

I would go with the 2011, and the warranty.

See what a warranty will cost you for the 09. If it will save you a couple of thousand you could upgrade the electronics. All things being equal go with the 2011. Another thing to consider, are you paying cash or making payments. Think about the interest you'll be paying.
