Who has the best customer service? Who has the best warranty? Any companies have a no fault warranty?

Dobyns has a no fault warranty but will cost you $75-$100 for a replacement if it's your fault. If your local dealer is part of the progam they will swap it out for you or you cut the section of the blank out with the rod info and send into Dobyns. I believe Loomis does too.

Dobyns or St Croix. Both have great warranty programs.

Kistler is hard to beat but we live close by. My son just went by their business to have a rod tip repaired and it was fixed within a few minutes. Couldn't ask for better customer service from our experience.

Only warranty that I have ever used was TFO, no questions asked other than do you want the same model in return, and delivered it to work in 2 days after calling with hats, decals catalogue etc with it.
I do not see how it could have been handled any better at all.
