Never heard of eating the skins

Go to an Asian Market and get them dried like jerky, the greens ones are much better since they have a slight bite to them.

To cut them you slice them twice on each side of the seed. I hold the cut pieces and eat with a spoon.

Did I order the right thing? She said "Muy ($4.75) or Frozen ($4)".....in my head I thought frozen would be a slushy style, but I got this. I managed to eat off the bottom of it....but then I got home and threw in in my blender. Oh goodness...that was tasty!

I still don't know what "Muy" meant....she kept shrugging her shoulders at me when I asked what it was. LOL!

Cutting Mango (This link works!)

Mango is one of my favorite fruits to eat. I put them in fruit salad, smoothies, and as Kattelyn said with chili lime.

If you are in Frisco I have had good luck at Market Street with most all produce and especially fruit.

Its seasonal. They will start to come from Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, etc once the Mexican season is done.

Costco has some dried mango with zero sugar added. Ingredients-- organic mango. They are pretty addictive:

I don't care for fresh mango or mango flavored anything for the most part, but these are delicious.
